Never tried Coot. Are they worth eating? Got one tonight thought I'd give it a try.

Never eaten them. I dont know anyone who has.

I'm a little scared everyone I asked said the same thing. I'll let you know what they are like I plan on making some soup with it.

I usually make Duck Soup with a cream of Mushroom base with a few veggies added in, a dash of hot sause and thats it......Excellent.

Sounds good, but rather than Duck Soup, you could call this one swamp chicken soup.
