Flooded Timber

Postby HuntsCTRiver » Wed Oct 24, 2007 2:00 pm

I hear lots of folks talking about hunting flooded timber here and have hunted cypress swamps in GA. Does flooded Timber exist in the Northeast? I can't think of any. I'm not looking for anyone's honey hole just curious.

yeah i does exist..... hard to find. had moderate success. seem though here when the migration happens it is the best which is kind of a duh. but the timber frezes very easily and pushes the birds to the open water. know with that said if you have birds in near area and can open up a sport then you can do well.
