Vermont August Turkey Count

Postby yellodog1 » Wed Jul 30, 2008 2:49 pm

For the month of august, Vermont Fish and Wildlife is asking volunteers to count and keep track of all the turkeys they see, where and at what time of day so that they can track the number of Turkeys in the State.
The Vermont Fish and Wildlife website will have forms that can be filled out on line to report Turkey sightings.

Just because your blacklisted by Fish and wildlife, you dont have to get all salty about it.
Besides getting a license has never stopped you in the past.

Remember Duckklr, they want you to count all the Turkeys you see....Not shoot everyone you see.

They are a lot easier to count while you looking through the scope of a varmit gun.

I believe we all have the responsibility to assist whenever we can, but I for one am not in favor of putting my beer down just to write in a journal as I drive by a meadow with Turkeys in it.
Have you punched a PETA member today? Why not?
