Nice bird. No luck yet. Friday and Saturday I had nice gobblers looking at my decoys. The one on Friday just wouldnt come across a small drainage ditch on the edge of the field, although an hour later he flew across a large river behind me. I was with my 5 year old on Saturday, and I think the gobbler saw something he didn't like and walked off the other way.

Thats a nice bird pete/pmr. I shot my second one on Monday morning. Jake, 14.70 lbs, 4"beard , .25" spurs. The two big toms wouldn't come to me so I shot this sucker 4 yards from me, didn't want to go to the decoys. If I didn't shoot him he probably would of walked up to me. It seems like this year the birds I shot are before 6:00am. I hope it's that way next year.

Good luck to the rest of you guys.
