And saturday i am gonna hunt with my dad. So i am doing a thousand times beterr than i thought a few weeks ago. Of course i am worn out by the end of the day, and i am probally gonna have a mad girlfriend, but i am hunting.   getting up at 4 and then working til 8 is not fun. Cut back when I had a job I would race home each day for a fifteen min. hunt and a thirty min. scout . Then I had my fall and retried and for two years I hunted sun up to sun set each day . Then Malia came here and I would get three days a week to hunt . Now we have Malia and Luke and I get 2 or 3 days that I can get away for 3 hours in the morning and 1 hour at the end of the day .
Next year is my come-back year I hope , Malia will be 5 and Luke will be 2 and I plan to take them to a blind every afternoon that my wife is at work and hunt the whole day on days she is off .

Don't think it would be too hard to talk him into "another job". Between school, his "sales job", hunting, I think he has "time" to drive a firetruck.... Oh, and his GF gets what's left

Tripp, glad you are getting some time to "do some wacking" Just not natural for the "waterfowl specialist" not to practice what he preaches.
