Went to easter shore today. killed 3 brant and 5 buffies, 1 hen merg (don't ask).

tides screwed us up, super super low.

Killed only 3 brant???? I know it's "a easy bird" but I've been over there a bunch of times and NEVER killed one yet :pissed: . Something always happens :thumbsdown: Glad you got to go, it's like everywhere else, if the weather is with you, it's great, but if the weather is wrong :thumbsdown: You did get to shoot "de gun". I HAD to work :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:

brant have been easy i guess this season, but we only saw the one group yesterday, i got two with one shot and my dad killed one. should have had at least one more to round out our limited, but we have crooked barrels:-) tons of buffelhead and mergs, but the brant just weren't flying, not near us at least. the guide was cool, seemed to know a lot about the area. his hands were tied with the super low tide though, many blinds inaccessable.

almost time for us to get ready for turkey season.
