off shore blind stakes

Postby gobblin870 » Tue Jun 18, 2013 6:47 pm

Got a couple spots in mind for some off shore blind stakes and was curious what some of you guys use to drive your stakes in the sandy river bottoms in 5-9 feet of water.
Ducks are not hard to kill.. There just easy to miss

It's hard to beat a water pump and a 20 foot section of pipe with the tip smashed , a two man job with little cost .

 LD

I think the water cannot be more than 8 foot deep at mean low water. Use a high pressure high volume pump. 3 inch intake and 1.5 inch outflow. you can rent them from the equipment rental places in your area. You may have to buy the hose assembly and fittings to meet your needs.
Cheers
