Cookin what you kill

Postby cut_un » Sat Sep 30, 2006 7:30 am

Hey Guys, with the early duck season just around the corner, (5th-9th) wondering if you have a favorite way to cook your kill  If so, "bring it on"
I guess what I do...to most of my fowl has been in the past is to cut it into bite size pieces, bread it with ""House Autry" mix and deep fat fry it.
Finger food Yum, Yum I like it hot...I like it cold, either way it's some kind of good :salude:

I love to wrap thin strips of duck breast around a Jalapeno peppers and wrap the duck strip in bacon and grill it at a low temp so that the duck doesn't reach more 160 degrees.
