Anyonye starting to see any decent number of swans in there area? Thought I heard some flying over on thanksgiving.

Seen a few small flocks so far. Had a couple of them give me a fly by in the swamp last week...couple of days too early or one of them might be jerky right now :hammer:

Seen lots of swans lately. Had 6 come into the goose decoys last Saturday with mouth calling and no swan decoys. Definite kill shot if I'd had a permit and it had been in season. Don't know why DGIF doesn't expand the season, 600 permits is up to 600 dead swans, does it matter when it happens?

I hear ya, and usually only about half the tags even get filled
