Predator guards

Any inexpensive ways to put a predator guard on a woodduck house? I've been using metal and making it in to a cone.

I use a couple feet of 4" PVC pipe at the bases of mine.

PVC ... Ill second that . It does work well, however you can purchase plastic guards as well. Send me a PM if you are interested.
