Yea i think at stamp was a bad idea soo late in the game. They should have told us about it last year. and had them avaible on July 1st for us to buy. I have heard of a lot of people still waiting on theirs. Lucky for me i work at a sporting goods store and was able to buy mine the day they came in.

Did you tell them that you indeed wanted the stamp , at one time it was said that you had to ask for the stamp to get one . They only want your money and that the recipt was all that was needed to be legal .

LewDog you are correct. You do not need to have the stamp this year, you just need to show proof that you paid the money for the stamp. These words were spoken by Bob Ellis of DGIF at a waterfowl meeting.

LD, as you know the required collected fee stamp was not a DGIF idea. Someone on capital hill pushed this bill thru. Give me a call on the cel, I can fill you in on what happen this year.

Make the call Kessler , tell VDGIF that you paid the tax hunting season is one day away and you want your Dang bumper sticker stamp ASAP :pissed: . When you get the stamp do 1 of two things (1) put it in a frame unsigned being that it's the first of the state or (2) Put it on your bumper or back window with a Big O and a cross bar protesting the tax that was put onto us by DU :pissed: .

You say Capital hill like as in DC , we are talking about a state tax and about someone that was bought and paid for by Ducks Unlimited in the city of Richmond Va.
