Ram, you got a new boat too. Thats awsome, what did you get. Mine is a 1956 16ft smokercraft, its got some work, but no leaks. I just got it last weekend, and I went in with my brother and his friend (cut costs) so hopefully I will be able to use it enough.

I got a 20ft duckworth jet sled. Its got an outboard jet on it. It came with a full custom blind. Itsa little tricky hiding it with the windshield, but it has swing doors to replace the windshield door. Should be the ultimate river boat for duck hunting. I have steps that mount on the front and a dog step for the side and steps off the back. It floats in 8-10 inches of water which is nice...

robberwood-

Your welcome anytime this fall and winter. I have two extra bedrooms and usually hunt by myself. My goal this year is to do some combo duck and steelhead/salmon trips. Duck hunting in the morning, steelheading in the evening and night on the way home!

I would love a scoter hunt, never shot a sea duck..

Here are pics of my new to me boat this year.

And with the blind on. I have more blind material and more quackgrass etc to cover it better, but this shows the frame etc. The guy did a great job on the blind.
