Well he does drive a Dodge! My wife swears that you have to be OLD or a young punk to drive one and that most are big A-HOLES, she spends plenty of time on the road so her view may be a little skewed.........

Could also be somebody messing with the owner of the vehicle. I get irritated when people park to close. People putting dead stuff on my truck would definitely get me going. But that's just me.

While I do find it unethical and it does give the antis more ammo, nothing about it is illegal.
