Any Pateros area intel?

Postby Roper » Fri Jan 03, 2014 11:37 am

Four of us are headed for the Pateros area on the 9th. Can anyone shed light on the bird situation there? If all else fails we can still hit some upland action, but I'm hankering for some duck...

Much appreciated....Roper

Not sure about up there but down towards Wenatchee it has been pretty slow on the river. Lots of coots though. :lol3:

I was there a few weeks ago and really slow. Bufflehead shooting was pretty good though. The weather is the exact same so I can't imagine it had changed a lot. Although we had a great time. We always stay right there in town. If you go the third Sunday that thesaurus tat the gas station has a money brunch. Next time we are pulling the boat up to the dock for that.

Guzman, thanks for the info, we're hoping for a few despite the poor numbers. If all else fails we can retreat to my buddies place and put down a few ales...
