Layout Out Style

Postby Tealer » Mon Jan 20, 2014 12:31 am

The last couple weeks I have been cruising the state in hopes of shooting birds out of the layouts, had a few good hunts and struggled with a few.

I wish I could have gotten the cans to cooperate, there is always next year. I think I'm going to try for brant next year too.

Nice job. What type of wing decoy are you using? And what is it floating on?

The spinner is a fully flocked Whipsplash think they call it the migration series. The floating base uses three decoys and works great. I actually sell both.

Just ask next year. I had a hard time finding a group to hunt with during the week.
