Looks like they might have a really good waterfowl festival this year down in Oregon. At St. Helens, OR. June 27th-29th.

I am planning to slip over and check it out for at least one day.

H2O Fowler. That would be a great time for me to deliver your Brant Decoys. You might want to get me the skins a bit ahead so I can fine tune the paint jobs before you pick them up.

Tealer - Is there a charge for having a booth? I was thinking about bringing a bunch of my foamers, molds, and equipment out so I could get info out on how to cast your own spread. I am not looking to sell anything, just putting information out to folks who are interested. Let me know.

That's what I was thinking to, there always looking for more seminars. And I'm sure that topic has never been discussed before at the OWF.

Make sure you buy your BBQ tickets in advance. Last year I waited until the last minute ... when there were only 18 tickets left, ... SCRAMBLED to get two!

Also, ... as a side note. A bunch of us grab a spot on thursday night for camping. Who's got or is bringing firewood? Last year I manned the firepit until the weeeeeeee hours of the morning. Think Tealer brought the load last year, ... along with a pit?

Bring / STOCK plenty of ice! If you are bringing some, double it! Already bought an extra cooler, just for that purpose. Don't forget your bottle openers, wine openers ... flashlights ... CHAIRS!

Another thing I noticed last year, I waited to Sunday morning to buy a dozen Red's ... All I had were $20's in my pocket, ... Small bills work GREAT as a bargaining tool!

Hope that taco guy is there again this year as a food vendor ... those SOB's were the BOMB!

I brought the wood and will have another 1/2 cord with me this year. Strand brought the fire pit and he will have it again. Last year I went through 150 Coors lites. I will bring more this year  . A bunch of us will be camped in the same fashion this year. All I can say is Sunday was rough.

I'll throw in a little firewood, the jeep can't haul a ton, but I will contribute.
