Couldn't resist..

went out to look at the usual duck spot today and I shouldn't have. Pintails, widgeon, gadwall and greenheads galore. More geese than I could count. This isn't going to help me get through the offseason. Good thing I have 2 more weekend to travel up to PA and shoot some honkers or I would be going insane soon.

Sometimes you the bug, sometimes the windshield, called this a couple weeks ago, glassed a spot yesterday, loaded with mallards and blackes, 2 had reward bands, got to love this wacky weather, but did call it a few weeks ago.

Yep as I look outside its snowing and the weather is turning for the worst this weekend. Good thing PA goose season is still in and the geese will be hungry for some corn. Got a hunt setup for Saturday so hopefully all goes as planned.
