I will be coming through Charleston soon and want to stop by the Cabela's. How is it? I have never been :help:

It is pretty good waterfowl section is really small this time of year. I dont they have as good of gun section as some of the of the other stores. But all in all it is a pretty good set up.

I used to live in SW PA and if my memory is clear I went to the one in Wheeling,WV. Im not sure if there is another store in the state, but I also remember their waterfowl section to be fairly small. They had the basics: decoys, calls, lanyards, dog equipment, some camouflage. Stores never carry what the internet has listed.

If you are expecting Cabela's like the one out west in the Dakotas's you are in for a dissappointment. Its small conpared to alot of outdoor retailers, there is also a Gander mountain just down the road. The combination of 2 outdoors places so close is nice but it's not the Western Cabela's I still dream about.
