1/17 HUNT

Me and a buddy, 8 mallards in 45 minutes with 11 shots, could not pick up the other two bonus ducks for each of us, pretty crazy, mallards every where.

That's awesome woodie! Where about in WV do you hunt? I'm in the eastern panhandle and have been seeing a lot of black ducks and mallards also. There's is a bunch of geese here too! Counted 85 in one flock. I know seasons about over but maybe we can meet up sometime in the future and exchange hunts.

South Central WV around Beckley. Hunted yesterday and it just seems like they are holed up, only saw a handful of ducks and geese, think they are holed up waiting for the cold to break, should be right in a day or two. This season may not work, but we can try next season
