Harvest time for Wheat in Wisconsin

This past week lots of Wheat fields are being harvested. Bad thing is, they are tilling it under the next day. :mad: Early season is going to be interesting. When will Oats come off ? Corn looks REAL bad... :sad:

Down in Southern Wisconsin the corn looks terrible; I don't think I saw a green stalk until I got passed the Dells.

Finally getting some rain here in SE WI! Hopefully it will last awhile...need some of my spots to fill back up with water!

There cutting wheat all around here too, but havent seen any fields tilled under yet.

corn is green up towards central east wi but the corn ears are very small so still no good

alot if not all of the wheat ive seen is down but none of it is tilled. ive only seen one field with geese in it. other then that there always on ponds it seems.

I have seen geese on wheat fields towards horicon as well, need to try to find one i can hunt.

Cut wheat fields near the WIIL border by Volo/McHenry are stacked with countless doves and geese. Too bad no one lets you hunt anywhere

Haven't seen hardly any geese around Kenosha. Even the neighborhood geese have pulled a Houdini act but there are enough ducks flying around to keep things looking up....

i keep seeing geese in the wheat around horicon. Should be good for us outlaw! hope that place has some sort of wheat or alfalfa.
