This Midwestern state holds many waterfowl species. Post here and read others views on Wisconsin duck hunting. From the mighty Mississippi river to the west to the great lake of Michigan on the east, WI has many different types of hunting available to hunters.
I thought I'd ask if anyone has any recommendations on meat processors in the Green Bay area. I'm looking to have my goose made into hot sticks and sausage, but I'd like to find somewhere a little more economical than Maplewood Meats and not have to sacrifice on quality.

Konops in Stangleville is really good. I just brought my deer to Melotte's. Not sure if they process duck and goose.
