Buffies are easy as piss to knock down? If you cover em up its game over! I stopped chasing those things the last couple years. No challenge to kill them, but they are a good looking duck.

It was just a simple post about how many ducks people killed there is no shame in keeping track of what you killed haha. Also there is no shame in saying i got a lot of help from all my friends finding spots and gathering all of the necessary equipment. Its easy to be a tough guy typing on a keyboard act your age fellas... goosie and rhock

With stats like that the Sportsman Channel will be calling soon to offer you a deal for your own show. Start thinking of a cool catch phrase. Attitudes like this are destroying waterfowl hunting. What are people trying to prove?

My bad rhock I thought you meant i just rode the coat tails of my friends and just shot ducks without putting in the time and effort to locate them. I had a class schedule that allowed me to hunt every morning of the week as well so i definitely have a lot more trips under my belt over the season than most hunters. The only thing that I could find anyone busting my balls about is the butterballs (buffies) I shot this year like you said definitely not the most skill worthy duck.

I guess I don't really keep a running tab. I am pretty sure I ate about a dozen ducks, and a couple geese. I still have 2 ducks in the freezer. So whatever that adds up to.

I'm no internet tough guy, but a spade is a spade, and I'd have no problem telling it to your face. Keep track all you want, boasting on some Internet forum about your kill count puts you in the dbag category. Make sure you put it in your signature too, that way you will be able to show everyone your waterfowling prowess and have instant credibility. Maybe get a barrel sticker too! Like Vince Lombardi said, act like you've been there before kid

I would do the same thing! Its good you have some friends to show you what its all about. I think more new duck hunters need people to show them how to have a successful hunt.

First of all your missing the most key point out of this whole. You think after my first season of duck hunting a lot more peopke would be happy that more and more people are starting to hunt. Im part of the uw madison chapter of DU and we gain 20+ volunteers every year. So before you run your **** mouth like a complete ass clown realize that im doing more than keeping track of kills I help with restoration of the sport all the time. Also keeping stats isnt just bragging it helps pick up on things in any sport.

 wow 20+ new volunteers and a member of DU, you're the next Aldo Leopold! At your banquets do all your members write their kill count on their name tag so everyone can see where they rank in the chapter? I guess I did miss your whole point of starting your own kill count thread, I overlooked that. The only point I saw in it was you being a giant douche...

Have a great day at class junior!
