opening day star valley

Postby honkerbonker22 » Sun Sep 25, 2011 8:08 pm

I got out for opening day for the fisrst time in a couple years it turned out to be a good day. There were lots of birds and was decoyin birds al morning. My partner and I shot 8 ducks. 5 mallards 1 sprig and 1gaddie. If my partner could have shot better then we would have done great. O well. The birds must have had a late clutch cause it was very hard to tell the drakes apart. Can't wait to get out again. Guess i better hurry up and shoot my elk so I can have some free time.
happy hunting

I'll throw in the layout blind and the haybale blind.
Tell Ben he may have to take days off during the week to hunt with me and keep me out of trouble.
