We are just getting a dusting of snow in NS and temps in around -2 C. This just makes the birds concentrate on the corn feilds and where there is open fresh water. It won't send them south yet

We're getting a good dump of snow as i type this and it has been cold, cold, COLD here as of late -16 C (3 deg) as a daytime high on avrage, but the strong north winds have been making the temps fall to as low as -34 C (-29 deg). I haven't seen any birds here in weeks. There all gone south already i'm sure.
