1. Whats the weather like up in BC? We are trying to settle a debate in the Washington State Forum about some discrepensies in hunting forecasts.

2. What are the requirements to bring a shotgun into Alberta?

Answer to question #2.
You must be 18 years of age and the firearm must be as in the documents...for more in depth actual regulation look up the Canada Border Services Agency and look up import regulations. www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca

#1 British Columbia is a vast province much bigger than Washington ie the weather near the Alberta border may be close to chinook one day and later be a raining of a heavy snowfall. The mainland around Vancouver is mostly raining or drizzle whereas the Island could be sunny and balmy.
For more up to date check the weather network and type in the exact area you want to see.

Assuming its a normal shotgun you will declare the gun to the officer you deal with and fill out a CFC909 form and pay 25$ for the permit which is good for 60days. The gun may not be for self defence use.
