Anyone on here hunt Eastern Ontario?

From Kingston - East to Cornwall?

How has it been comparing to recent years? How are the swamps holding up in terms of numbers?

Hey fellas, couple of field hunts with local resident birds only, usually hunt local ponds ,all but one dried up with more scouting required on my end.Usually hunt Alexandria area and west of it,havent connected well with the ducks, hoping colder weather and a couple of weather fronts gets them flying.

Yeah, South of Ottawa - Just north of the St. Lawrence - most of the locals are gone from the swamps I hunt. Hoping to get a crack at some of the northerns before freeze up. Went out last night, didn't fire a shot. Going out this morning B4 work. Hopefully better.

Anyone else had better luck?
