Rare Bird

Postby Greg Wile » Tue Mar 01, 2005 9:08 pm

In The Daly News Pg. 21,Sunday Feb., 20, 2005. Have a gander at pink-footed geese. Three of these rare birds have been sighted in Nova Scotia in Feb. This is an European species whose main breeding grounds are in Iceland. A small colony is also established in Greenland which is thought to be the source of the occasional bird sighted on the east coast of North America. These three geese were spotted on the East River in Trenton near Pictou.

Keep the sport alive take a kid hunting / fishing.
