It's very quiet in the Canada forum!Of course the fact that the whole country except the BC Coast is frozen solid might have something to do with it!Spring geese(Canadas),open here Feb 21st,and I'll be hunting brant from the 6th to the 10th on the Coast.Anybody else doing any spring shooting? Monday felt like it was spring compared to this past month. Less than 2-1/2 months til spring snows!

We have a spring hunt for Canadas, (usually begins the last week in Feb.), wish we had snows, brant, and specs. Shot an atlantic Brant 2 years ago around Peterborough. Very unusual. The taxidermist said he'd been working on birds, in the area, for 30 years, and never even heard of a sighting. thought that was cool.
