Jprice....yep, that's one of the areas I'm able to scout pretty often. I've only seen a handfull of migrators, so far. I've got to say, your best chance at a redhead around here is in the spring :sad: I know some of the lakes around can produce some divers, but that's a whole other type of hunting for me. The only marsh, which is a woodie delight, froze out before anything had a chance to use it. The weather is sure changing things fast. I just hope the birds have a little more open water (marshes, potholes) when they do come through. I'd hate to see em stop, eat, and keep moving.

Our duck hunts are what we consider, "Dumb or Dedicated" :lol3: Living here and wanting good ducks is reason to believe we may be more on the Dumb side :fingerhead:

we hunt the river sometimes in Morgan, Owen, and Monroe counties. Supposed to get a lot of rain and snow this week, so hopefully the fields will flood in the same time some migrators come down. keep at it boys, they'll be here. :beer:
