Postby vapor300 » Tue Aug 14, 2012 7:38 pm

I recentley just got transfered here and am working south of South Bend and are job is covered with geese! We have a little pond on the job and every morning by 9 it is solid black with geese, id say around 500 or so. I have a few questions, i am from outa state so what do i have to do in order to get a license up here? And when do your seasons open. I have decoys and blinds back up but dont feel like bringing all that stuff up, so first one that gives me the info im loooking for and has decoys and extra blind can hunt and bring a guest or 2, i can pretty much gurantee birds

You need a nonresident license, state waterfowl stamp and Federal waterfowl stamp. If you were born after Dec. 31, 1986, you'll need a hunters safety course certificate. Also a HIP #. Like CRACKALACK said, PM one of us and we'll give you all the info you need. Also, I live in South Bend, so I can show you what gear I've got and can vouch for CRACKALACK because that's who I bought some of it from. I can supply about 4 other hunters if you want to make it a true massacre

Call the DNR. There aren't many places without houses that you can safely shoot. They will tell you where. :hijack:
