2013 Early Waterfowl/ Dove seasons

Teal (Blue- and green-winged only)* Sept. 7 - Sept. 22
Daily bag limit: 6 and Possession limit: 18; Shooting hours: sunrise to sunset HIP Registration Required *No teal hunting on Kankakee FWA.

Canada Goose* Sept. 1 - Sept. 15
Daily bag limit: 5 and Possession limit: 15; Shooting hours: half-hour before sunrise to sunset HIP Registration Required *No goose hunting on Kankakee FWA and Hovey Lake FWA

Mourning Doves Sept. 1 - Oct. 13 and Nov. 8 - Dec. 4
Daily bag limit: 15 and Possession limit: 45; Shooting hours: half-hour before sunrise to sunset HIP Registration & Game Bird Habitat Stamp Required

I would think so I don't think they exclude anything besides geese maybe you will just have to look under the season for teal just like geese it will say no hunting in certain spots.

The last time I went to Lasalle in early season I think they did not allow hunting on the North side of the river. But I believe everything on the south side was open. It's been a while though. Best bet, call and ask.

Have a cool summer and as soon as bird season opens we're right back to 90 degree weather. Yep, that's Indiana! :help:
