Is a frustrated hunter swinging a canoe paddle after sunset at a fall teal breaking any laws?

I have not been by Fish Lake and no I don't hunt on it. I usually go out to Pine lake and hunt for the divers. As of last night Pine had some ice on it and Clear was almost froze up except for a hole that 500 Geese were keeping open.
Shoot them in the face

you guys down south keep dreaming about a big push of birds because there aren't any birds around here nor have there been since before thanksgiving. when kankakee is only holding 3000 mallardsa and only shooting 20 birds a day then there seems to be a problem????

KEEP DREAMING AND SOMEDAY THEY'LL COME
