White winged scoter

We shot a female white winged scoter on Sunday in the central zone. Definitely the rarest bird I've taken around these parts. Came in all by itself, must have gotten lostImage

The last big cold front we had blew in a rare one for me also. Killed a hen Black Scoter in my town on the coast of Louisiana.

A friend of mine said he loved the surprise element of this sport. "It's kind of like playing the lottery. You never know what you are going to have fly in." Nice birds!!!

Know a guy in NE Indiana that shot a pair of surfs on a lake. I think that is awesome congrats guys!

Last year we killed two white wings on the Wabash river. This was early November. Deff dont see many around. One you will remember :thumbsup:

A couple years ago we shot an egyptian goose. I don't have a pic on my phone but it is one weird looking bird. Just came in with a group of Canada's
