Swans on the St. joe

I went to one of my favorite duck and goose spots on the river and there were a few mallards and some woodies but no geese.

There were at least 30+ Mute Swans :mad:
I really dont like them, probabley b/c i cant shoot them.

you could have shot them last year im not sure if dnr changed it for this year or not
gettin out is all the fun if you bag a bird thats a bonus

The dnr told me that u had to have a special permit and they were
only giving them to lake and river residents. :huh: :mad:

But they are definately repopulating well around here.
