Ideas that might need confirmation

Postby Johann » Wed Apr 21, 2010 6:49 am

Im puzzling around with some ideas to improve ponds where i hunt..

1. i was thinking of what placing larger rocks in the water, would that make the ducks happy? one could imagine them restning on them or using them as some kind of shelter..
2. plant bushes or small trees around the banks
3. ive seen the henhouses deltawaterfowl makes, considering to make a couple of those for the mallards.
4. what would the ducks like to have in their pond?

any kind of help would be much apreciated.

Thank you Johann

Figure out a way to build a cheap, lightweight, small dock, and every duck for 100 miles would cluster around, under, and on it, thinking they were safe! I think this would be far more effective than decoys, actually!
