Oil Spill & the Future of Duck Hunting

Postby Littlejohnny29 » Thu Jun 03, 2010 6:30 am

Obviously, the oil spill in the gulf is not getting any better and is affecting major wintering grounds for many birds we hunt, especially in the A. Flyway.

I have a few questions.
1. Do you think because of this disaster, there will be restrcitions bag limits in areas as far North as New England?
2. Will duck hunting close in some states for a period of time?
3. Or, will some species of birds be off limits for hunting for a few seasons?

Thanks for your feedback.

I also suggest in this forum, an oil spill "sticky" with updates and information.
