Racoons

Postby KAhunter » Fri Mar 17, 2006 10:30 am

I am planting an impoundment this spring and i need some help. We are going to plant Chufa, and this is the first time i have ever planted chufa, and all i have been hearing is how the racoons tear it up. Does anyone know how to stop racoons from eating the chufa, short of me sitting out there with a .22 and a spot light all night... I am talking about maybe a chemical or something i can apply to deter them from eating it.. thanks

Wonder if that spray stuff that you can use for deer would work just put the tape lower.
