Pennington Wingmaster VS. Biologic Guides Choice

Has anyone used either of these seeds and whaat is your opinion on them. Also any other brands of a "mix" that you might have planted. I have a spot where it floods with some water in the fall right next to a river and it has good sunlight available. Its looks to be good soil and it is damp... but not drenched. I plan on cutting some brush out and then getting the walk behind roto tiller . I would like to plant some of the small area with a mix like the brands mentioned above and some corn to leave standing. Please let me know your thoughts or ideas or past lessons learned. Thanks!
