mixing silhouettes and socks

Postby m3500 » Tue Aug 20, 2013 3:43 pm

I just bought a dozen deadly decoy canadas and I wondered if its ok to mix them in with a couple dozen silhouettes (big als). I have heard that the you shouldn't mix silhouettes and socks is that true?

I've never heard of that and I don't see the problem in mixing them.

IMO it all depends on the area and birds.

It may be an issue in an area with pressured birds.

When we put the sock spread out, the outlaws always go on the outside.

Me neither. why wouldn't you put your best deeks in the kill hole? Goes against all logic unless your hunting cacklers and are betting on sheer numbers...
