What is a good recipe for duck cause i really don't know one.
So help me out.

the one ive tried that i like is called duck wrappers...kinda fun snackin too... basically cut breasts into one inch squares... wrap with a jalapeno slice...then wrap with bacon and a toothpick....grill with ur favorite bbq sauce....ya can even fix coot this way and throw away the coot and eat the bacon and jalapeno....hehehehe. nah theyre purty good...

For any kind aof duck get your bar-ba-que goin.
You wrap your duck in tin foil and put chopped onions in there with it.Then put it on the bar-ba-que for 20 minutes then take out the duck and put it on the burner until it gets brown.
The worst duck hunt is the best day of work.

A nice variation of fatweeds recipe, is to add a chunck of pineapple in there to. A nice sweet hot combo.
