This is one of my fav's!
Take 4-6 duck breasts, and butterfly them. Soak them for couple hours in a marinade of olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro chopped, and lea and perrins, and put them in the fridge to chill.
get some jalapano's and cut them into slices
cut a brick of cream cheese into slices
take the duck breasts and put a slice of pepper and cheese into each breast and wrap them in bacon. I like thick cut pepper best my self. Put a toothpick to hold it all together. Grill over a high heat until medium rare. (usually good once the cheese starts melting out the sides.
