This is the best way that I have found to cook up a goose.
You will need 4-5 goose breasts (feeds 4 people). Soak the goose in salt water for as long as you can. Change the water periodically. Next, cut up the breast in small strips, the thinner the better. Now just throw them in a crock pot and cover with your favorite BBG sauce and let them sit 3-4 hours. They make great BBQ sandwiches.
