theres a great recipe for any kind of ducks or geese first put bar-ba-que sauce on the duck. Then you wrap your duck in tin foil and put onions in there with it, to take the gamey taste. Then put it on the bar-ba-que for 20 minutes. Last take it out of the foil and put it on a burner until it browns then you got good tasting food.
The worst duck hunt is the best day of work.

Geese I will keep a few aside for dinners, such as an a slow cooker with italian dressing or onion soup cooked all day. But majority of geese I wil put into summer sausage. As for ducks everyting from stir fry to doing them in stuffing. Take a box of stuffing, make it up with water etc. Put half in the bottom of caserole dish, put 4 breast halves on top of stuffing, not overlaping, put remainder of stuffing on top and cook in the oven for like 5 hours. Love it.
