theres a great recipe for any kind of ducks or geese first put bar-ba-que sauce on the duck. Then you wrap your duck in tin foil and put onions in there with it, to take the gamey taste.Then put it on the bar-ba-que for 20 minutes. Last take it out of the foil and put it on a burner until it browns then you got good tasting food.
The worst duck hunt is the best day of work.

Geese I will keep a few aside for dinners, such as an a slow cooker with italian dressing or onion soup cooked all day. But majority of geese I wil put into summer sausage. As for ducks everyting from stir fry to doing them in stuffing. Take a box of stuffing, make it up with water etc. Put half in the bottom of caserole dish, put 4 breast halves on top of stuffing, not overlaping, put remainder of stuffing on top and cook in the oven for like 5 hours. Love it.
