I take a full goose completely picked and singed, stuff it with a sage dressing that has apples and cranberries in it, and cook it breast down in a nesco cooker just like you do a turkey. I then make a orange sauce to drizzle over it. If you would like then you can take and make a brown dressing out of the stock left from your goose to put on the dressing. I have found if you cook it breast down it stays much more moist. It is good eats...enjoy.
