Kneophlea Recipes

Postby lostpup » Tue Feb 09, 2010 11:32 am

Okay guy's and gals . I had one of the most amazing soup's of my life in North Dakota this year and am looking for a few idea's here. Does anyone have a family recipe they would'nt mind to PM me . I've made it several times since OCT and as of right now I Make the dough (Kneophla) cook it in chicken stock. I boil my potatoes in Salt water with alittle garlic powder, I also add ham chuncks, celery, and sautee onions to the broth ( milk) I have found for my taste to add a cup or so of the chicken broth too the milk as well.

Can anyone enlighten me on other way's they like this soup or something I might try. It is good but have'nt found that perfect match to North Dakota's mom and pop resturant yet. :help:
