I have 2 cranes in my freezer, anyone have any suggestions?

We talkin sandhill cranes???? If so:

butterfly the breasts, season like steak, and grill!! :drool: cook 'em medium. Best way to eat them IMO...they don't call them "ribeye of the sky" and "flying filet mignon" for nothing my friend!! :thumbsup: make a fresh green salad, some dinner rolls and a nice bottle of Amarone or Pinot Noir. If you got legs and thighs-make a gumbo or pot pie with 'em... :yes:

yes sir, season & grill the breast meat like you would a steak.

Whatever ya do, Don't try and pot roast em like a speck or teal in an iron pot cause it did not work for me!
The acorn buses are getting tuned up as we speak!
