Never done frog legs but interested. Are they dead before you skin them or die during the process? How do you kill em if it's before?

when you put them on ice-they hibernate...take them out, slam their head on the cutting board, then skin 'em. when you put the salt on 'em, they are freshly dead... :thumbsup: FYI: frogs muscle contractions are controlled by sodium, humans are controlled by potassium, that is why they twitch...
