DUCK IN A BISCUIT

This is very easy to make
1st cut your duck Brest in to 1 inch squares about 1/4 inch think fry in extra virgin Olive oil one minuet on each side remover from pan when all the meat is cooked take your bisects from the packets [i use Pillsbury] slice a small hole on the side put in the cooked meat place on cook sheet put in oven follow direction on packet when the bisect is cooked get a piece of aluminum foil spray with Pam butter wrap bisect up
to reheat place in a pan cover and heat for a few minets excellent with gravy for dunken
