Anyone have a good rub recipe for some venison, that you don't mind sharing.
I could use a marinade recipe for some ducks too. Do you prefer ground duck meat or slicing the meat into strips?

I use Lysanders meat rub. It's awesome on both duck and venison. As far as the duck goes..try marinating the breast in soy sauce, worschester sauce, garlic, pepper, basil and oregano at least 12 hrs. Rinse good, then add the rub. You could bbq it or smoke it in cherry wood. Let chill and slice thin.
